Contact InspectandTest

InspectandTest connects Front Range Colorado homeowners with vetted local inspectors. We also welcome editorial questions, corrections, partner-inspector inquiries, and press contacts.

For homeowners — connect with a Front Range inspector

Tell us about your property and the type of inspection you need (general, radon, mold, asbestos, lead, sewer scope, pre-listing) and we route your request to a partner inspector in your county. There is no charge to you for the connection.

Counties served: Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Arapahoe, Jefferson, El Paso, Adams, Boulder, Broomfield.

Note: our partner network is being onboarded. The lead-gen form below is currently in setup; in the meantime, reach us by email and we will respond personally with a partner introduction.

For partner inspectors

If you are a state-licensed or NRPP/NRSB/IICRC-certified Front Range inspector or remediator interested in joining our partner network, email us with your service area, certifications, and a sample report. We onboard partners selectively to protect homeowner experience.

For editorial questions

Errors, corrections, source inquiries, or article suggestions: email us. We respond to substantive editorial feedback and update articles when corrections are warranted.

Mailing address

Our Colorado mailing address and phone number are listed at the footer of this page once configured in the plugin settings. For now, email is the most reliable way to reach us.

What we cannot help with

We do not perform inspections, remediation, or abatement work directly. We do not provide on-site emergency response. For active water emergencies, gas leaks, or structural emergencies, contact your local emergency services and a state-licensed contractor.
